Four game audio guys/gals have been selected from the pool of volunteers by a Mysterious Mystical Traditional Texas Process. Those four will compete LIVE to see who will be Iron Composer Texas during a 60-minute session at Austin GDC. Prior to the event, each participant will be given a description of The Mystery Game. In preparation for battle, they will prepare a keyboard full of sounds and music. On the day of the session, each participant will have a turn at playing his/her prepared sound set LIVE, while audience volunteers play the game.

But there is one twist: The Secret Ingredient!!!!!!!

Here are the details of the rules as they are now understood but can easily change as the wind in Texas.

--You will be the guest of Chairman The Fat Man at the mysterious Contest Castle also understood to be the conference room to be announced.
--With you, you will have to bring a set of 87 sounds that you have prepared, starting now. Use a CD-ROM to carry the sounds safely in .WAV format 44k 16bit specification.
--Prepare up to 87 sounds in a numbered way, named with number at start, and we will provide a keyboard of 88 keys and software that will to make them to play as expected in order at the keys.
--AND we will make The Mystery Sound to the 88th key!!!! SO.
--You may make a chart or a note or tattoo for yourself to remember where the sounds can be find on these keyboard.
--The mysterious description of the game for the sounds is this now as follows:
"A cartoon action game with infrequent changes of setting"

--Play is five (5) minute.
--When it not your turn, hide in soundproof place guarded by Musical Brute.
--Voting for winner is by audience applause and therefore possibly unfair it can be said because audience is stupid and deaf and does not understand sound design ART. please bring happy sense of humor and fate. Prizes will be suitably unimportant to winner not matter.
